On April 15, 2026, in Da Nang, the Department of Climate Change (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment), in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and PoA Carbon Vietnam Joint Stock Company, organized a workshop titled “Strengthening Capacity for Participation in Vietnam’s Carbon Market”. The event brought together representatives from government agencies, experts, and the business community in Central Vietnam - key stakeholders in the pilot phase of the carbon market for 2025-2026.

Hanoi, 26 December 2025 - Within the framework of the technical assistance program of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), PoA Carbon, in coordination with UNDP Viet Nam, organized the training course “Enhancing Awareness and Capacity for Carbon Market Management for Departments, Agencies, and Units under the Hanoi People’s Committee.”

Ngày 07/03/2025, hai khóa Đào tạo về kiểm kê KNK và sử dụng hệ thống báo cáo kết quả trực tuyến cho lĩnh vực hóa chất và nhiệt điện đã được Công ty Cổ phần Quản lý PoA Carbon Việt Nam phối hợp với Công ty Cổ phần Tư vấn Năng lượng và Môi trường (VNEEC) và Công ty CP Giải pháp Công nghệ Việt Nam (VETS) tổ chức thành công tại Hà Nội và trực tuyến. Các khóa đào tạo nhằm hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp thực hiện nghĩa vụ kiểm kê KNK bắt buộc theo Nghị định 06/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 07/01/2022 của Chính phủ về Quy định giảm nhẹ phát thải khí nhà kính và bảo vệ tầng ô-dôn. Ngày 31/3/2025 là thời điểm 2166 doanh nghiệp phải thực hiện nghĩa vụ báo cáo kết quả kiểm kê Khí nhà kính (KNK) lần đầu tiên. 

On July 17, in Hanoi, within the framework of the project “Support for Planning and Implementation of the Nationally Determined Contributions in Vietnam” (SPI-NDC), funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Department of Climate Change (DCC) – Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment organized the training workshop on “GHG Emissions Inventory and Mitigation for Businesses in Paper & Pulp Sector”, with the cooperation from VNEEC and PoA Carbon – the consulting companies of JICA. The workshop is part of the broader training series about greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory and mitigation for businesses under the SPI-NDC project. Previously, successful training series have been conducted for the cement, food & beverage, and waste management sectors.
