Summary of consultant's tasks:

Participate in the review of legal documents in the building sector, energy saving with a focus on air conditioning;
Participate in the surveys and data collection on energy consumption, refrigerants usage, and energy-intensive equipment in residential buildings in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City;
Participate in the research on current and alternative technologies for air conditioning and solar hot water systems;
Participate in emission inventory and emission reduction potential for the building sector;
Research in financial mechanisms to support NAMAs;
Participate in the development of implementation plans and institutional arrangements for NAMAs.
