Review and evaluate the current availability and quality of the database, collect the latest data on the potential for emission reduction for the cement sector;
Participating in the development of the sectoral baseline emission and assessment of emission reduction potential for the cement sector;
Participate in identifying potential domestic and international financial resources;
Participate in training and capacity building.
